- No reduction can be allowed for non taken meals.
- Meals at the poolside restaurant SciuèSciuè will be charged à-la-carte.
- Pets allowed on request at charge, not allowed their entrance at the restaurants, pool area and Spa.

Cancellation Policy
The penalty will be calculated according to the booked daily rate and will be applied as follows:
- For cancellation received 15 days or more prior the arrival date: no penalty
- For cancellation received from 14 to 8 days prior the arrival date: 1 day penalty
- For cancellation received from 7 to 3 days prior the arrival date: 3 days penalty
- For cancellation received from 2 to 0 days prior the arrival date or for no-show: the whole stay will be charged
- For anticipated departure (departure before the fixed date): the whole stay will be charged
- A special cancellation policy applies for suite bookings and stays of more than 7 nights.
